How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in electronic form.
We keep subscriber contact details for as long as you remain a subscriber. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing madeleine@wildeyconsulting.com. We will then dispose your information by removing it from our contact databases, unless the periods set out below apply. In such cases we will retain your information and remove you from our subscriber contact list.
We keep contact details of people who have contracted our services for 24 months from the end of our contract with you. We will then dispose your information by removing it from all our contact databases. We will retain only necessary details of the contract we held with you as required of us by law (for example, for HMRC reporting).
We keep contact details of people with whom we have negotiated but not agreed a contract for six months. We will then dispose your information by removing it from all our contact databases.
We keep contact details provided to us by third parties or via public websites for up to six weeks. Within this period, we will contact you to request your consent to contact you. If this consent is not provided, either through inaction or you decline, we will dispose of your information by removing it from all our contact databases.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
