Hi, I'm Madeleine

I created Madeleine Wildey Consulting to follow my passion to provide high quality, impactful, data-driven and evidence-based services to enhance health and social care outcomes. I specialise in strategic responses to improve drug and alcohol treatment outcomes. 

I bring over 20 years of experience in delivery, strategic oversight, contract management and quality assurance to your project.  I've developed commissioning strategies, managed large-scale contracts, and delivered addiction treatment services. 

I've worked in central government and non-profit criminal justice and public health settings in the UK and USA (when my name was Madeleine Rudolph). I've also facilitated national strategy development in Bulgaria and delivered a regional training project in the Czech Republic. 

My formal qualifications include a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Forensic Psychology and a PG Diploma in Addictive Behaviour.
